I’ve been at a shoe company for over 15 years as one of the top members in the company. When I first started out, I was just a low level employee, but I worked my way to the top. I was chosen to come to the UK on a Sole Representative Visa business plan to set up a branch. This was a big step for me, because it meant that I would be spear heading a major operation on my own, and also because it meant that I would me moving to a foreign country.
All of my life was back in my home country, and I had family and friends that I had to say goodbye to before I left.
